The Redmond High School (RHS) Theatre Department will present “Carnival of Chaos,” a themed haunted house fundraiser on Friday, Oct. 13, 2017, or “Friday the 13th.”
“The carnival-style haunted house will include disturbingly realistic-looking characters and plenty of creepy clowns as well as lighting effects, strobe, sound effects and special effects makeup,” drama teacher Hilda Beltran said.
The entire show is 100 percent student produced with theatre students portraying all characters with costumes and makeup.
“The haunted house will take guests through a carnival that has taken a dark turn for its inhabitants and visitors,” Beltran explained.
Open for one-night only, admission costs $5 per guest for 18 and over, $3 for under 18.
Children under 13 will be admitted only if accompanied through the house by an adult; tickets can be purchased at the door.
The haunting will run from 4 to 6 p.m. and again from 7 to 9 p.m. in the RHS auditorium.
